SOFTWARE DELIVERY ENGINEER - DEGREE, SCRIPT (Permanent)

Software Delivery Engineer - degree, Scripting, testing, physics, engineering, mathematics, computing, natural sciences, £competitive + benefits, Cambridge/Hybrid (Grad/Junior/Mid-level).

An attractive position for a software delivery engineer, the opportunity to work for a world class software house, one that has continued to dazzle the world of artificial intelligence. They have become a clear leader on a global scale within a fascinating technology field.

We feel this position would suits someone that is looking for a career in technology but who is not looking to follow perhaps one of the more traditional routes such as software development.
That being said we would like to speak with candidates that have an understanding of the software development process and may have been involved from an automation/testing perspective.
Confident in using at least Python, alongside this Bash, JavaScript, Databases/SQL and open source software for automating tasks such as Ansible.
Graduated with a 2.1 or better from global two hundred University with a Bachelors or Masters in engineering, computing, mathematics, physics, chemistry, natural sciences or something similar, alongside strong A-level grades.
Exceptional problem solving skills that you can apply in a fast moving tech company, able to build some software components for products due to be released, been involved with running operations and look beyond the surface of a problem.
An understanding of cloud technologies and automating tasks.
Graduates who have done an internship or some industry experiences are encouraged to apply.
